I decided to create this blog so that I could share the latest information on a variety of cleaning and restoration subjects, with a specific focus on my favorite subject: Fine Fabric Upholstery Cleaning.
Fine Fabric Care is a term my father, Lee Pemberton, coined decades ago to differentiate the cleaning of natural fiber fabrics, many of which have sensitive constructions, textures, dyes, and finishes, from easy to clean synthetic fiber upholstery that is rarely challenging to clean. Cleaners and content restoration cleaning specialists can put themselves in a class by themselves when they learn to clean and restore fabrics and other textiles that most others fear.
I will share ideas here in this blog to help you do just that.
